Superstructures of utility vehicles

Insulation panels are made as sandwiches, glued together in a vacuum. As a standard, the sandwiches for the manufacture of heat-insulated transport cabins mounted on chassis are made with inner and outer laminate linings..

Parameters

The standard insulation material of the panels is STYROFOAM. On the customer’s request, optional white hardened polystyrene, or PUR foam can be used. The laminate is white, glossy or dim, 1.5 – 3 mm thick, according to the customer’s requirements. A panel is glued together in the vacuum. The panel reinforcements and the frame can be made of various materials: steel, aluminum or wooden beams or glued plywood. The side and ceiling panels may be adapted for electrical installation. The floor is heat-insulated, consisting of laminate, plywood, insulation (adaptation: anti-slip, impregnated, cast). The glued plywood reinforcements are made to the required dimensions.

Technical parameters

The maximum dimensions of 1 panel are 2,600 x 10,000 x 100 mm.
