Construction panels – according to customer´s requirements

Insulation panels with various surface finish (gypsum plaster boards, OSB boards, DTD, etc.) are designed as materials for building separation walls in buildings or in wooden structures, bathroom units etc. Their basic design features a wooden frame with wooden reinforcements for the mounting of various objects (shelves, washbasin, mirror. etc.). The panels can be made preadapted for electrical and plumbing installation.

Panels are glued in a vacuum press.
Maximum dimensions of a panel: width: up to 2,600 mm, length: up to 10,000 mm, thickness: up to 100 mm

Interior separation walls

Description
Interior separation walls are panels glued in a vacuum press, with surface finish according to the customer’s requirements. The most frequently used material is surface-finished Sololit (wooden chipboard) or OSB board. It is possible to make various combinations of outer and inner adaptations.

The maximum dimensions a panel are 2,600 x 10,000 x 100 mm.

Cooling boxes – inner heat insulation

Description
The panels are made of sandwich and glued in a vacuum press. As a standard, the composition of the sandwich for the manufacture of insulated stationary boxes features outer and inner laminate lining. Single-side lining panels can be used for the heat-insulation of buildings.

Parameters
The standard insulation materials of the panels are STYROFOAM, white hardened polystyrene, or PUR foam. The lining of the sandwich can be made of laminate or metal sheet, coated with plastic film, galvanized steel sheet or aluminium. The panel is glued in a vacuum press.
The maximum dimensions of a panel are 2,600 x 10,000 x 100 mm.

Modular houses – reparation

Description

We provide reparations of old modular houses – treatment of construction and replacement of old insulation material with new insulation according customer´s requirements.

Prefabricated bathroom units

Description
The insulation panels are made according to the orderer’s project documentation, with preadaptation for plumbing and electrical installation. The surface finish is either in the form of impregnated gypsum plaster boards or laminate. Such a prepared panel is installed to the required place and attached to the opposing wall and the ceiling. The dry process allows very fast building of the bathroom unit.

Isothermal panels for balcony walls

Description
We offer insulation panels for balcony walls for our customers with an advantage of fast and dry installation process.

Parameters
Standard combination of materials for insulation panels is laminate, insulation, laminate or gypsum plaster boards. Thickness of insulation panel is for example 69 mm or depending on profiles. Insulation is PUR, Styrofoam or EPS polystyrene. Inside of panels are wooden frames.
