Description
We deliver PUR boards in thickness from 1 mm, with dimensions 2 x 1,2 m, which are used for the production of sandwich boards, inner and outer insulation. PUR boards are also suitable for production of cooling and freezing boxes.

Parameters
PUR boards contain hard cellular polyurethane produced by addition reaction of polyisocyanate with adducts rich on hydroxides in the presence of cfc-free systems, fire retardants, activators, catalysts and stabilizers. Heat stability is within the range of -60°C to + 90°C. Volume weight of standard PUR board is <40-60kg/ m³, coefficient of heat conductivity is 0,019-0,023 Wmˉ¹Kˉ¹, compressive strength is 0,17 – 0,23 Mpa. Absorptive capacity of boards within 24 hours is 2,04 – 2,84 of volumetric percentage. In flammability category are PUR boards rated as B1 - flammable.
