Isothermal modification (transformation) of delivery vehicles
The interior of the commercial vehicles is filled with PUR foam. Polyurethane foam is sprayed into the cavities and rough surface of a load compartment interior, filling the cavities in rugged interior part of the vehicle, where it is not possible to insert the PUR foam board.

The insulation thickness of the semi-sandwich with laminate for the final surface treatment of the vehicle interior depends on the requirements, whether it is the FNA refrigerated vehicle or the FRC freezer vehicle. In the case of modification of the vehicle to a freezer FRC vehicle, the rear portal with a door as well as side door, perfectly insulating the space, are installed and it is possible to reach temperatures below – 18 °C inside the vehicle.
During the modification, stiffeners to grip the refrigeration unit are installed and there is a culvert for hoses and cable harness and condensate outlet concealed in the front panel. The floor can be finished with aluminium sheet metal or PU (polyurethane) cast floor (smooth or anti-slip option).
In isothermal modification, accessories for an additional charge can be installed, such as:
- mounting rails,
- modification for transportation of meat hanged in the ceiling,
- racks.
Isothermal car boxes
Isothermal car boxes with a rolling front wall are used for the transportation of pizza and fast food. They are removable and easy to disinfect. They provide safe comfort and meet sufficient hygiene requirements for fast transport of the foodstuffs.
Box walls are made of hygienic laminate certificated for the transport of foodstuffs. Sandwich wall of the box with PUR insulation provides sufficient protection against food cooling. The box is also equipped with ventilation slots.
Hearses
We modify vehicles for the transportation of deceased human bodies and human remains. This modification includes also the installation of refrigeration equipment, necessary for the transport of human remains under the Act on Funeral Services no. 131/2010 Coll. A vehicle modified for the transport of deceased human bodies and human remains on communication over land shall be adapted to maintain the temperature up to 8 °C in the load compartment over the long term.
The load compartment shall be illuminated and shall be equipped with anchorages necessary to fix the coffin or transport bag. The crew compartment shall be separated and sealed from the load compartment. It is sealed with a separating panel, which prevents passing odours and vapours into the cabin. Also, the walls and the floor of the load compartment shall be easy to clean and disinfect. The colour of interior is optional (white, black, gold, bronze, etc.) and also the design of the telescopic mechanism for coffins. The most commonly used are stainless steel stands. By our modification, we try to prepare the vehicle to ensure a dignified journey of human remains.
