Isothermal modification (transformation) of delivery vehicles

The interior of the commercial vehicles is filled with PUR foam. Polyurethane foam is sprayed into the cavities and rough surface of a load compartment interior, filling the cavities in rugged interior part of the vehicle, where it is not possible to insert the PUR foam board.

The customer is provided with an ATP certificate FNA/FRC upon request.

The interior of the commercial vehicles is filled with PUR foam. Polyurethane foam is sprayed into the cavities and rough surface of a load compartment interior, filling the cavities in rugged interior part of the vehicle, where it is not possible to insert the PUR foam board.

The insulation thickness of the semi-sandwich with laminate for the final surface treatment of the vehicle interior depends on the requirements, whether it is the FNA refrigerated vehicle or the FRC freezer vehicle. In the case of modification of the vehicle to a freezer FRC vehicle, the rear portal with a door as well as side door, perfectly insulating the space, are installed and it is possible to reach temperatures below – 18 °C inside the vehicle.

During the modification, stiffeners to grip the refrigeration unit are installed and there is a culvert for hoses and cable harness and condensate outlet concealed in the front panel. The floor can be finished with aluminium sheet metal or PU (polyurethane) cast floor (smooth or anti-slip option).

In isothermal modification, accessories for an additional charge can be installed, such as:

  • mounting rails,
  • modification for transportation of meat hanged in the ceiling,
  • racks.
